Update time! We originally scheduled a Friday delivery, but Steve called on the Tuesday beforehand to let us know that the warehouse was backed-up with deliveries. When I returned his phone call, we rescheduled for Sunday, and he verified that the drivers would be able to call at least 30-minutes ahead of time. My wife and I have been shopping for a new Queen bed. We had a wonderful experience at Best Mattress, predominantly because of our salesman, Faron. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, took time with us, but never pushy. He asked questions to determine the best solution for us, and our budget. This place is amazing!!! Steve was so incredibly helpful to my girlfriend and I. We were buying a new mattress for the first time and he made the experience pleasant and relaxing, always giving us plenty of time to test out the mattresses and really get comfortable to see what we liked. Had a wonderful time because I went as soon as the store open. So the store was all to myself. Where I got plenty attention that I left with a number of items. Only had two issues bed frame height I was talked into for my liking. Also little to no help for bed boards information.
Very happy with my purchase. This was my second time buying a mattress from here and I was very satisfied with my purchase. Steve was very helpful in showing me what I was looking for as well as taking the time to explain the product features of the mattress and protective cover. The delivery guys were also friendly and arrived in the time window as stated. Would definitely recommend this place and I am certain to shop Best Mattress again when the time comes.

Steve was our sales man. He let us lay down on every mattress we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and models and really nice. Not pushy. He gave us a great deal. Free delivery and free old mattress disposal.
