This place is amazing!!! Steve was so incredibly helpful to my girlfriend and I. We were buying a new mattress for the first time and he made the experience pleasant and relaxing, always giving us plenty of time to test out the mattresses and really get comfortable to see what we liked. Had a wonderful time because I went as soon as the store open. So the store was all to myself. Where I got plenty attention that I left with a number of items. Only had two issues bed frame height I was talked into for my liking. Also little to no help for bed boards information.

Very happy with my purchase. This was my second time buying a mattress from here and I was very satisfied with my purchase. Steve was very helpful in showing me what I was looking for as well as taking the time to explain the product features of the mattress and protective cover. The delivery guys were also friendly and arrived in the time window as stated. Would definitely recommend this place and I am certain to shop Best Mattress again when the time comes.

Steve was our sales man. He let us lay down on every mattress we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and models and really nice. Not pushy. He gave us a great deal. Free delivery and free old mattress disposal.

Faron Hansen you are amazing!!!! You were so helpful and patient even when I was trying bed after bed after bed thank you!!! And thank you for letting me find the right one this was supposed to be a difficult decision but you made it painless and easy thank you again!! I love my new bed!!!!

WOW!! Absolutely the best service. My gf and I came in to buy a king after schlepping from a few places, we were directed to Steve. We were pleasantly greeted by Faron who set us up with exactly what we were looking for. We had a tight budget and Steve (Regional Mgr)got us at the right price. They even did delivery the next day, set up and disposal. I've never had such great customer and knowledgeable service. I would direct anybody looking for a bed to this location. I recently bought a mattress from this store. Steve, the sales associate and regional manager, spend a lot of time with us to help pick out the mattress I thought was the best for me and my husband. When I realized I needed one with more firmness, he and Faron, the other sales associate, took care of my needs immediately. I would recommend this store highly in product inventory and, especially, customer satisfaction.

Steve was a knowledgeable Salesman. He guided me to buying the perfect mattress 2 fit my budget. He also takes care of Veterans and gave me free delivery on the day I need the mattresses.
