Had a great experience refinancing our home. ************************* kept us informed at every step and answered all questions promptly. We closed 13 days after locking in rate. We had many options to choose from. Closing was on time, at our home, and there were no surprises! We also scored a **** **** credit on top of low closing costs. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

For two weeks Ive been giving these guys all my personal information over and over and over and over again the whole reason was they kept saying we cant read what youre sending us the documents are too blurry but I was sending it to another guy by the name of ***** who would send them to the office he was my handler every time he said they were fine the whole thing was they wanted into my personal bank account they wanted me to let them go into my bank account and go through it with a fine tooth comb for what reason I dont k... read more

The process was fantastic. After reviewing quotes from other online offers I found Better had the best interest rate for me. The entirely online process was super convenient and super quick. I am thankful for the reminder emails to notify me when new tasks were due, and even the few phone calls to follow up when I delayed in checking email. The agent was super helpful and answered questions quickly and clearly. I had never heard of Better before but will gladly recommend them to friends moving forward.

I liked the process and being able to handle everything online. Chance was quick and very helpful when I had questions. The process was a bit more difficult for me because I'm self employed with irregular pay checks. But several of the other online refi sites couldn't even make it work for me because of that.

Excellent service from beginning to end. First time with an online mortgage service provider and so I was worried that there would be either too many online tasks and pings or not enough customer service BUT that was far from true. Mortgage service advisor was there from the beginning and eager to get my business when I first inquired and put out the bid. I enjoyed working with **** at Better.com. From start to finish they were easy to work with, answered all my questions and best of all I secured an amazing rate which was lower than I could find with other companies. The online aspect was great as you could access your account when it was convenient to you. If **** wasn't available, then one of her team was! Better had great tech with personal touch. Their pricing was by far better than everyone else and in total, saved $4000 compared to another lender. **************** was a little delayed disorganized but at the end of the day, it funded and closed.
