I had a wonderful experience with Better! From start to finish it only took two and a half weeks. I was trying to see who'd give me the best deal between ***** Fargo and Better.com. In the end, Better.com had the better deal... so I went with them! The process was fast and simple!

We had a wonderful refi experience with Better.com. Our previous lender told us: "Better is a new company, they promise stuff but they don't deliver, you won't be able to close". I am so glad that we gave the chance to the newer/smaller company! Our mortgage broker kept us updated all the time, answered emails and texts right away. Our rate was much better than other lenders. I have refinanced twice with Better. The simplicity of the whole process brought me back again. They give you tasks to finish. They check them. New tasks appear and then eventually everything is scheduled. It really becomes self paced. If you get all of your stuff together quickly, you are in control of most of the timeline. I am always impressed with how quickly they get back to me with questions I have. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the process. Got a good rate and My rate lock was extended without any penalty by a week when house close date is moved. ******************************* is very responsive and always on top of things and kept me updated throughout the process. Closed on time.

This was not my first re-finance, but was definitely the best. From start to finish the process was easy, efficient and we ended up with a better deal than I had expected. Communication was good and responses to my questions were super fast. We uploaded tons of docs (because we're self-employed), but they all made sense and it was explained why something was needed. We can certainly give Better Mortgage a thumbs up and they made the process very simple. From applying for the ReFi to uploading docs through their website made it so easy. And as mortgage rates are going up we still received an excellent rate from them. I would highly recommend using them and the fees they charged are minimal for refinancing and pulling money out for remodel work we want to do in our home. ********************* and ***** helping us through the process were simply amazing. We had a great experience using Better.com for our refi. The website is super easy to use and you always know where you are at with the process. When we had questions we were able to contact our agent by phone or text. We had one hiccup with our mobile notary not showing up for our scheduled signing but once we notified our team they were able to resolve this issue quickly.
