Incredible experience. quick responses to all my questions and intuitive online experience. We were told by other companies that we would not be able to refi (some complicated plot dividing) - but the team at Better knew their stuff. They walked us through the entire thing, all the rules, and ended up getting an incredible rate. Will never use anyone else. Better FTW

I've had a great experience with Better Mortgage. They've made the entire house buying process so easy from pre-approval to step by step instructions on the closing process. Everything you need to know is outlined in your portal. They are available 24/7. All you do is sit back and check your email for next steps as they take care of everything. I highly recommend them!

I would actually like to leave a 4.5 Star. I like most of their processing except for not able to talk to anybody regarding a question i have. I had a one month closing date since signing the contact and they did complete all requirements (Appraisal & other checks) within the time period. There was some sort of frustration during the last 3 days before closing, that is when they give the disclosures and my ************* had hard time getting acknowledgment from Better regarding the Deed of Title. My refinance went incredibly smooth. Everything was online save for the appraisal and notary visit. Very convenient not having to run by brick and mortar buildings with paperwork constantly. Website is easy to navigate, and the task list is smart. If the rest of your finances are handled online, then Better just makes sense

I was very impressed with the service I received through Better. Even though I chose to go with my local bank Better still answered all my questions and followed up to make sure things were working out with my local bank! My service agent was Hunter and he was very helpful and thorough! I would definitely consider using Better in the future.

Excellent service. Very competitive rates and timely staff. Made the refinance process incredibly easy. Would highly recommend!
