My refi loan was just funded through Better Mortgage. I am very happy with the service provided. The process was just a month from start to finish, so I did not lose out on the loan rate I locked in. The primary aspect of dealing with Better.com that I really appreciated was the transparency and ease with which I could secure a refinance loan. I looked at other highly advertised refinance lenders but was discouraged by the chicanery (as many mailed offers turn out to be). Better.com was upfront and honest with their rates and were the easiest to lock a rate with as everything was done digitally with a fair degree of ease. Yes, it was an excellent mortgage experience with Better! Better provided the original organization of required documents and then a coordinated roadmap to complete the loan process. Its web site followed the pathway to ensured the best lowest available loan rate was obtained and implemented in a prompt timely manner. Perfect.

Better.com is Excellent in its services. Never had any issues working with the mortgage team. They were splendid and quick to reply to any questions I had. I liked the tasks, which give us clear instructions on what documents are needed by the mortgage team. This is was my first home buying. Better provides multiple APR options which you can pick based on your needs. Fantastic team to work with.

We bought our new consrruction home with Better Mortgage. Not only did we get the lowest rate in the market but also the best service. Better was on top of everything from loan origination to closing. Our transaction went so smooth. Because the entire process was online, uploading everything was very easy. We got one-on-one service from each expert. Everyone was so easy to work with and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Absolutely loved the experience!
