In general Better.com was very easy and convenient to work with, especially since everything was handled online. The only complaint I have is that I found myself having to answer the same questions and upload the same documents repeatedly. So, I think that’s an area of internal communication and/or workflow that they could improve. But, overall, I would recommend them!
