I did a refinance with this company they had the best rates from about 3 quotes. I was a bit concerned about the it being mostly online but this turned out to be great. It has a nice website in which tasks for all the required data is provided. They had great electronic communication thru the site and I was able to schedule phone calls if I needed to. I was able to close and fund my loan in about 28 days which is pretty good considering the covid pandemic.
They make the refinance process enjoyable and easy. Highly recommended!

We recently refinanced our mortgage through Better.com and were extremely satisfied with the result. Starting with the loan originator through the closing coordinator, someone was always available to move along the process. We especially liked the ability to logon and complete the "Tasks" necessary to finish the refinance. I would definitely recommend Better.com.

This was the best refi experience ever. The process was incredibly fast (20 days). The better.com website is intuitive and easy to use. I love how they break down each step into a separate task. The staff responded quickly to any questions I had.
