Visiting from CA and decided to try this place for wings & they did not disappoint :-) A young man named Riley was our server. He was so attentive & kind from start to finish. He constantly & consistently checked on us to see if we were okay & how things were tasting. He clearly explained how Thursday's special of the day worked , so we would know what we were getting. Food here is really good. I enjoy trying their different wing sauces. Their ranch is also really good. The service is very good as well. Definitely worth checking out whether with some friends for beer or with the family. I will definitely be coming back.

First time here. Came on a Friday for lunch. Our server, Chelon, was fast and friendly. Very clean establishment. Sampler was good, fried pickles were the the star. The waffle fries are almost as good as chic fil a. All the wing flavors we tried were great and the dressings on the side are huge! Frito pie baked potato was fantastic. The sweet potato waffle fries were good also. Great daily specials. Will be back.

Good service, quick turn on my to-go phone order, good food, well priced. A few bad reviews - try them before you base it on the bad reviews - def better than the last place that was at the same location.

I will say that my experiences with Big City Wings has been varied. Both times I ordered my food to-go, the service has been friendly and fast, with the food hot and fresh. Regardless of dining in or out, the wings were flavorful, had a nice crispy outside, and weren't fatty like at other places. The waffle fries were a little lackluster, but dip them in some wing sauce and problem solved. My biggest problem was dining in. Better than the old Sammys for sure but still lacking good service. The bone in wings are VERY good although the hot is more of a medium heat. Filled baked potatoes are also good as well as the grilled chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Not near as good as Tailgaters but it has potential if run right.

I'll start with the positive..the beer was the only positive thing about this visit. We got mango habanero wings and spicy tajin, along with sweet potato waffle fries and cheese blocks. The wings were definitely mid, not very juicy but more on the dry side. The mango habanero sauce was good but the tajin was very salty. The fries were pretty soggy. The service was slow on a Wednesday. It was very slow, not many people inside. It took over 15 minutes to be treated by the waiter with "what can I get you" without receiving menus. I felt that I was at a drive thru over a sit down restaurant. Additionally the waiter was uneducated on the menu and advised us $5 whiskeys were all day. We closed out our tab of sodas without ordering food and went elsewhere.
