Heed the warning from the other post and avoid this place if you want hot food and good service. There is a reason they have a 3 star rating. We've given this place many opportunities to redeem themselves and it never fails. We get poor service, cold food or both. This place is terrible! Avoid like the plague. Management (Dana) does not care and this place will remain terrible until they clean house. If I could give them a zero I would.
First there weren't many people there and it still took them almost 2 hours to get us situated as far as food and drinks. Once we were got our food, we placed a to go order and that took almost another hour or so. Wings(boneless and bone in) weren't cooked all the way in my opinion but that could be a preference thing. The ambiance and service weren't bad just not very urgent in any regard.
Wow. This place went downhill. Service is slow. 5 of us received our food. It took 20 minutes for the other 2 to get their food. The server blamed it on the cheese on the fries. Food was subpar. The server was very nice. But she was not very good. We sat at the table for 10 minutes before she realized we were there. And the worst part. They charge for soda refills. Yes we had a decent size party. Was it crowded. No. One waitress. And one cook. Couldn't get ONE order correct. Food cold when it did come. Whoever made the drinks didn't know how. What a waste of money. I've been to different locations. This one sucked, and I recommended the place.
Its hard to find good wings and this is not the spot! Food came out super slow and nobody was at the place. Fries and wings cold- no taste to the wings at all. Server was friendly but had her kids sitting in bar area and was distracting her. would not recommend this place
3rd time is NOT the charm. Every time we have ordered take out it is a disaster. Gave our order to the customer before us. Remade our order and got it completely wrong. All of the sides were cold bc they'd been ready since the first order. We keep trying - hoping they'll do better and they keep screwing up. Total disaster over there.
The one star mirrors my immeasurable disappointment, I ordered the $8 Wednesday hickory burger... it was anything but hickory, it was TRICKERY. Not to mention the $9 fried Oreos which should be called pooreos, it was straight batter couldn't even see/taste the cookie. We're new to the area and decided to try it. Husband's chicken and waffles looked great but he took a bite and they were raw. Basically we all ended up sick. Service was good, but won't be back.
Close to home but next time I'll keep driving. Worst wings we've had. We ordered 2 diff flavors and they tasted exactly same. Hardly any seasoning and bland
