I love Big City Wings, but this location does not do it for me. I have only visited this location on a Tuesday for the buy one, get one wing special. The two times I've visited this location, they had only one table of people eating around the time 1or 2pm. The lighting is warm with natural light at the front. No wonder this place was dead on a Saturday evening. Ordered special didn't get extra sauce ordered, celery+carrots, or chili cheese for fries. When I had to drive back to get my sauce, the manager acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me what I paid extra for. I tipped 20% on to go order and when I requested to have it removed for obvious reasons she said they couldn't do it because they "have a new system" and I'd have to dispute it with my credit card company. When we walked into the restaurant it smelt like sewer and sour. The service was terrible. They took forever to get us our checks, refill our drinks, and even get our order. Then, we found a hair INSIDE of our fry. When we confronted the manager, he blamed it on us instead of owning up to it. He was disrespectful. Overall, a terrible experience would not recommend. Also, the managers and servers decided to have a meeting in front of everybody instead of filling our drinks or giving us our checks.

Wings were decent at best, fries were crispy, ranch tasted artificial. But my gosh they charge an arm and a leg! The 2 sides of ranch, one order of fries, and 2 drinks were $16 alone. And the wings were BOGO and still a dollar each. Quality not worth the price. Service was good though.

I ordered a Moscow mule with Tito's and they charged me $27 for each drink. When I asked the manager about it she said they charge for 2 drinks if we ask for special alcohol. Avoid this place. The food isn't great anyways.

we spent 40$ on an appetizer and 2 drinks... the food was bathing to brag about the bacon wrapped chicken was extremely over cooked. the service was unprofessional. i wouldn't recommend there to eat, the beer was decently priced i guess but still would never eat here again. 1 star.

Not going to lie I NEVER leave reviews ever I just let shit go but I went to this location yesterday and I'm so pissed and disappointed. We got the monster deal with the traditional wings and potato wedges. When I first walked in the vibe was good the woman at the front so sweet so nice was really nice. The problem came when I left out and opened my food in the car. My ranch wings didn't have a lick of seasoning nothing so me and my girl went back in and just asked them to do honey bbq. Heed the warning from the other post and avoid this place if you want hot food and good service. There is a reason they have a 3 star rating. We've given this place many opportunities to redeem themselves and it never fails. We get poor service, cold food or both. This place is terrible! Avoid like the plague. Management (Dana) does not care and this place will remain terrible until they clean house. If I could give them a zero I would.

First there weren't many people there and it still took them almost 2 hours to get us situated as far as food and drinks. Once we were got our food, we placed a to go order and that took almost another hour or so. Wings(boneless and bone in) weren't cooked all the way in my opinion but that could be a preference thing. The ambiance and service weren't bad just not very urgent in any regard.
