3rd time is NOT the charm. Every time we have ordered take out it is a disaster. Gave our order to the customer before us. Remade our order and got it completely wrong. All of the sides were cold bc they'd been ready since the first order. We keep trying - hoping they'll do better and they keep screwing up. Total disaster over there.

The one star mirrors my immeasurable disappointment, I ordered the $8 Wednesday hickory burger... it was anything but hickory, it was TRICKERY. Not to mention the $9 fried Oreos which should be called pooreos, it was straight batter couldn't even see/taste the cookie. We're new to the area and decided to try it. Husband's chicken and waffles looked great but he took a bite and they were raw. Basically we all ended up sick. Service was good, but won't be back.

Close to home but next time I'll keep driving. Worst wings we've had. We ordered 2 diff flavors and they tasted exactly same. Hardly any seasoning and bland

We've been here multiple times and absolutely love the food and atmosphere. But recently we went and our server Seth gave us the worst experience, he looked as though he didn't even Want to be there or serve us it was as if we were an inconvenience to him Any free moment he had he was sitting at the table in the corner on his phone while the manager and bartender attended to everyone,it was really sad to see someone so miserable at their place of work. We will come back but we will ask not to sit with him.

Only reason I come here is they have the Sunday ticket and it's close to my house. The food is pretty good, it's on the higher end price wise for a sports bar. The service is horrendous. Constant turnover in staff, unprofessional managers. I'm actually surprised they're still in business.

Beware they double dip you on the tipping.....add 15% tip automatic without letting you know, then accept the tip you add onto the check when your paying!!! We were 3-4 checks that sat at the same table.

Eveytime I come here there is a BAD experience! I have been trying to give local restaurants my business, but this is the last straw!!!! Picking up 60 wings that were supposed to be ready at five! They didn't have ticket or order, when asked to see the manager, Hanna, I was told she was busy!!! When I asked if there was someone else to talk to, I was told "no"! I have NEVER been told that in 54 years!!!! I don't have to patronize such a place! If I can give 0 stars I would!!!

Terrible customer service. I've been relying on this Pub to watch (and listen to) my Dallas Cowboy games when they are not airing locally in Houston. Today the GM decided to change that policy even after he told my granddaughter when she called to confirm that we would be able to hear it. He lied when we questioned this and said he didn't talk to anyone. He told me because Houston was playing at the same time, he "had" to give them priority. This makes no sense since all the Texan fans were either at the game or at home... read more
