Beware they double dip you on the tipping.....add 15% tip automatic without letting you know, then accept the tip you add onto the check when your paying!!! We were 3-4 checks that sat at the same table.

Eveytime I come here there is a BAD experience! I have been trying to give local restaurants my business, but this is the last straw!!!! Picking up 60 wings that were supposed to be ready at five! They didn't have ticket or order, when asked to see the manager, Hanna, I was told she was busy!!! When I asked if there was someone else to talk to, I was told "no"! I have NEVER been told that in 54 years!!!! I don't have to patronize such a place! If I can give 0 stars I would!!!

Terrible customer service. I've been relying on this Pub to watch (and listen to) my Dallas Cowboy games when they are not airing locally in Houston. Today the GM decided to change that policy even after he told my granddaughter when she called to confirm that we would be able to hear it. He lied when we questioned this and said he didn't talk to anyone. He told me because Houston was playing at the same time, he "had" to give them priority. This was our second time here and our last. We were immediately sat down at a table but a waitress never came to our table. Then another family was sat right next to us and within minutes, a waitress went to them to take their order. Absolutely inexcusable.

The worst big city wings I've been too. I waited 30 mins to get a margarita. Waited another for the food just so that it can come out wrong. I'm not one to leave reviews and I try to understand waitresses and bartenders but this place I just lose my patience with. Ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings where my drink came out no longer then 5 mins after ordering it.

I was hoping for a better experience with them than I've had with Wing Stop! I love chicken I also ordered a burger for tomorrow! I requested a "bunless" burger using lettuce wrap! I received 1) a beef patty looks like any backyard bbq burger patty...asked for med. well! Did NOT receive that 2) 2 tomato's laid on top of said beef patty 3) All laid upon a bed of shredded lettuce! $16 what a rip off. Dry ass patty. This place is so poorly managed. It's a shame too. Should have a big lunch crowd but nobody can wait 30+ minutes for their lunch to be served. We waited 34 minutes for two wing baskets, that both came out wrong!? We didn't have time to send it back either. The manager was enjoying her Starbucks instead of managing the restaurant. Bummer we have to drive further for good service when this place is so close to us.

PSA-I do not recommend this establishment. Service was slow, there were only 2 servers for the whole Resturant. Our orders were completely mixed up and the chicken tenders had a hair cooked in the batter. Stay away, not worth the money! The owner should probably be checking on all these reviews, they may not be in business much longer.

I do not understand how this place is run! Every experience we have here takes at least 2 hours. And what's more frustrating is that it's usually slow when we go. We've gone and left because our drinks never came after 30 minutes of waiting. And saw another family do the exact same this last visit. Every order placed is wrong or cold. But we keep trying because it's close to home and the wing flavor is good- when its correct. Overall not worth the wait time, frustration and lack of customer service. Do not recommend.
