Get directionsDisappointed in my experience. I would have benefitted from the opportunity to review the new terms of the agreement with the provider before accepting. The savings term projects so far into the future (even into 2023), the payment to BillShark negates any savings to be seen in the short-term, which is what was needed on my end. I also have no idea how much longer I have been committed to service with the provider. I would have appreciated more detailed updates before being completely committed and sent an invoice.

Used them last year from a recommend from a friend. Saved me lots on internet.. fast. This time, took forever to get someone, and they only got a measly $5 off a month... barely covers tax. Not worth it this time round so I'll use someone else next time and stop recommending them.

Renewed me for a year at $30. Higher then what I was paying before. I never provided final approval before finalizing the contract. Wish I would have more time to review final contract and “savings” before they lock it in.
