Billshark secured me a modestly lower rate by getting me on a contract with the vendor for 12 months. The vendor told Billshark orally (but not in writing) that it would honor the lower price for 24 months. Based on that, Billshark billed me for 24 months of savings upfront--despite that I agreed only to pay for 12 months of savings when I signed up. I complained to Billshark about the bill. My payment was never lowered and they are trying to tell me they saved me money. They also told me they would contact spectrum and cancel my savings if I do not agree with and now they are sending me a bill for something they never did. Please be careful before joining
