When I was on the phone with my provider I was given a $20 discount because they had to come out 3 times to fix my service. then I get a bill from you saying that you did it? This is a scam.

This is bull. Didn't help me with nothing. Waste of time.

Lack of transparency was incredibly concerning with Billshark. I received emails from Billshark claiming to save $60 a year with my internet company. However, there's no details provided on how that money was saved. The biggest problem I have with Billshark is I received an invoice expecting payment in one week before I could even verify with my internet company that the bill had been reduced. They are not helpful, the constantly called me while I was at work even through I told them to stop. The reason I decided to try their “help” is because I didn’t have enough money on my bills and I that I had read somewhere that the payment was due once you started receiving your discount. Now I have a bill from them and i have saved nothing- NOTHING. I was so on the fence about trying this and now that I have I will never use them again

I submitted a phone bill and about 2-3 weeks later they had finally contacted me about. The rep said I could save by dropping the Hulu (I never knew I had). I asked to wait to change my plan to talk to my husband and research on my own. A couple days later the rep called me stating she got a $20 courtesy credit from the provider. She failed to mention it would cost me. I never declined their negotiation nor did I accept it. I called the provider and they informed me I did not have Hulu so their info was wrong. Very poor experience, bad dishonest business practices and no communication. Rude employees who lie - I dealt with Amiel - he lied to me multiple times and was extremely rude.

When prices increase, as they always do, I simply forward a copy of the new increased price and BillShark does the rest no fuss no muss. Only takes a few keystrokes and they do all the rest. No time needed for phone calls to the companies, being turned down, speaking to supervisors or any of that they just notify you when you recieve your new price.
