Horrible service.. wrongfully sent me an invoice and just by service for reducing 2 dollars by making me commit to Att for additional 2 years I have to pay 30 dollars

They charged me more for their services than what they were able to save me, overall. I wound up having to switch back to the original Verizon plans because I was getting charged for data overages on the "better" plan they said they negotiated for me. Then they were sneaky and tried to charge me again to "renegotiate" the same bills "before the promotional period is over". Stay away!

Attempted to make changes to my ISP/TV service without my permission. Harassing phone and text messages.

They were able to get me a lower rate on my cable bill. I read about the service in AARP magazine. At first, no change but they continued to try and now I have a savings of $88 a year. Still think Spectrum is a rip-off but stuck with them.

Given that Comcast is my *only* option where I live, and their customer service is notoriously awful, I highly appreciate BillShark's interventions every year to lower my bill. This year, my shark said he got the run-around from SIX Comcast reps before scoring me better rates. I'd never have time or patience for that myself! Worth every penny of BillShark's fee just to stick it to Comcast on principle.
