Thu, Jan 17, 8:20 AM (1 day ago) to Jessica for what ???? you guys messed up my sprint bill! without my permission you took aways from my family acct plan tidal when I clearly asked you not too! i was on the phone with sprint 3 hours trying to get tidal service back and int the mist of it my phone number was changed without my permission!!!!!!!!!! The staff was very helpful in saving us A LOT on our cell phone, Direct TV and internet bills. When I expressed concern about paying them before I realized the savings, they were VERY accommodating in advising I could wait until I see the bills AND they were proactive in offering me a payment plan. Definitely a good move!

I really appreciated the representative I worked with! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. He was only able to help me lower 1 bill but every little bit helps and I greatly appreciate the help!

BillShark initially Helped reduce my internet bill. However after 6 months the interned provider again raised rates and Billshark had already received 50% of a "year's savings" even though I am now paying more than they negotiated without any change to service.
