The staff was very helpful in saving us A LOT on our cell phone, Direct TV and internet bills. When I expressed concern about paying them before I realized the savings, they were VERY accommodating in advising I could wait until I see the bills AND they were proactive in offering me a payment plan. Definitely a good move!

I really appreciated the representative I worked with! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. He was only able to help me lower 1 bill but every little bit helps and I greatly appreciate the help!

BillShark initially Helped reduce my internet bill. However after 6 months the interned provider again raised rates and Billshark had already received 50% of a "year's savings" even though I am now paying more than they negotiated without any change to service.

Derek, We can fix that! Its possible you had more than one promotion on your account and one expired. We can take another look at that bill for you if you'd like! And on the other hand, If we (or RCN) made a mistake, we will adjust your invoice and refund you the difference!
