Maybe not the best option if you're struggling to pay bills. They should have an option where you pay their fee monthly instead of just getting a giant invoice at the end. They lowered my bill over a 12-24 month period, which means the total savings came out to like $400. That's an awesome number, but it also means I ended up owing them $240 upfront! You can pay it in six installations which is not quite spread out enough for me. They lowered my AT&T bill for 24 months but who knows if I'll even have the same service in a ye... read more

They did negotiate a lower rate. But it’s not a total savings as the fee gets a good chunk.
I was wonderful
I was happy to save $240 over the next two years period on my bill. I a dedicated couponer and since I had already worked the bill down I was very surprised that Bill Shark could lower it even more. I appreciated the gift I got I. The email for joining Bill Shark. What I did not like is that I spoke to my rep who spoke to financials about changing my payment date and it was not changed. The money was taken from my account and I did needed for it to be taken out at a later date.
