This service was offered to me through another business. The offer clearly stated that BillShark would take 40% by billing me based on the monthly difference in the bill. The terms also state that this negotiation is effective for up to 2 years. Clearly written is the stipulation of no contract. The bill I had negotiated was for an internet company. I received an email that I thought was a generic email to promote your services since our initial agreement. I was not fully aware that it triggered the start of another search. The notice to cancel is at the very bottom of the email and smaller font compared to the original message. I did not give consent for BillShark or the associates to call my cable company. First off, it took almost a month from when I requested assistance until my account was actually worked on. No contact to let me know I was in line after a few weeks or anything. Second of all, the cost I’m being charged compared to what they “saved” me is in no way worth it. If I would have known, I’d never have used this service. I never will use Billshark ever again. $5 off my phone bill a month??? That’s not how this service is advertised. I’m thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed. I inquired about reducing my bills over a year ago. They told me there was nothing they could do because I was locked into a promotional rate. A year later I get an email saying they've lowered my bill great! But a few days later I get another email saying I owe money for services rendered. Even though it's been over a year since I had even talked to this company I was still willing to pay. I look up the payment plan option and they have a service fee for an additional $9. BILLSHARK was able to save me $120 for a whole year on my phone bill. They were able to negotiate for me as a second attempt after my first bill, in which they also were able to save for me. Definitely recommend to all my friends! Thanks BILLSHARK!!

I sat back and did nothing and got an outcome better than I expected. My husband hadn’t habit of going over our data allowance so I changed our plan to accommodate after paying the overage fee. BILLSHARK was able to get half of that fee returned to us and found an ever better plan while saving us almost $20 a month. I was in awe.
