Poor customer service and marketing. I was told because I opened an email, I was consenting to them to continuously negotiate my bills-- that wasn't the case.

Garbage they claim to get you savings and can't , then they charge you$20 for stating that they made you a one time $50 adjustment on your account which I have yet to see, don't even bother yourself with thurs trash your bills are your bills

They tried saying they saved me $480 on my cell phone bill. Which is insane because my bill isnt even that much a month. They saved me a while whopping 26$ and want to charge me $196 for their fee lol not gonna happen. Wouldn't recommend to anyone they are a joke .

Submitted my information and within a couple of days they had reduced my bill by 40.00! Nice to know someone will go to bat for you!
