I am so impressed with Birdeye! We have used them for many years and their customer support is the best ever. I never have to wait for help and they are professional and they know their business! Thank you Birdeye!
The person that assisted me had great follow up and was very knowledgeable.
Birdeye support is always amazing. The lack of options is my only complaint. Although Birdeye support usually helps me come up with a work around, the effectiveness of the solution is way lower because the website doesn't have the option to get the data needed (development issue)
