This is first time I had to contact support for a system issue. The issue was identified and corrected immeditately. A support team member called me today to follow up and make sure everything is functioning properly. I like the extra "touch". Excellent customer srevice.

Birdeye support is always amazing. The lack of options is my only complaint. Although Birdeye support usually helps me come up with a work around, the effectiveness of the solution is way lower because the website doesn't have the option to get the data needed (development issue)
