Nate has been awesome to work with. He is always very helpful and really takes the time to help me understand the program.
Our rep did a nice job with answering any questions we may have and showing us the Birdeye site so we understood how to manage it.
Tanmay was very helpful and make sure to take the time to ensure we full understood the system and next steps. We admittedly took a little bit longer to get launched, but he was very patient with us during the entire rollout period.
I love the instant messaging and video chat the best but the review feature is great too
