"Cool Service, Great Customer Experience" What do you like best about Birdeye? I loved that the customer service was quick to answer my questions and resolve my issues. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I disliked that instructions weren't always very clear on our interface and required me to call customer service. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We've seen that we are able to cater more to what our customers want, and we're able to must more quickly respond to customer concerns.
After a recent storm and some roof damage, we needed the services of 1st Call. Aaron Rogers arrived within just a couple of hours with a bunch of equipment and helped us to get the drying process under way, preventing further damage. He was very kind and courteous, calling 30 minutes before arriving each time. He followed up every day for several days.
