It has one of the most user-friendly interfaces, coupled with excellent customer service and support integration I've seen. "Great Daily Reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love seeing all of our reviews coming in every day and having them all in 1 email. Being able to ask satisfied patients to leave a review. "Must have platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? We are now able to identify problems and opportunities in a timely manner thanks to Birdeye and the surveys campaigns. "Love this!" What do you like best about Birdeye? We have 60 different properties and each of those have at least 3-4 marketing channels. Having birdeye has really streamlined being able to get back to customers reviews quickly and also offers some possible automation option.
