Terrible experience with (Sarah) customer service. They present a "hard sell" with no follow through. I feel like they stole my money. Getting a refund has been almost impossible.
Will not even fix their own bad listing without wanting compensated
Bird eye posted reviews of businesses have no merit. Along with some correct reviews, they also include or produce fake one star reviews and removed reviews for TOS which were previously listed from more credible sites.
I actually wrote a long review but it didn't get posted for some reason. Not repeating it.b
I wonder if this review will ever make it on the site. It is a one star review because I've received 6 emails from birdeye, with false info about how I have only review on the internet, I should be worried about my competitors, and basically trying to scare me about the vulnerability of my business. BirdEye is another lying, irresponsible company soliciting business by writing that "Sarah" has discovered there's something wrong with your public image, you only have one review...there is no "Sarah", and I have reviews on Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Google, Yahoo, you name it. This is so irresponsible to waste peoples' time and lie about their business.

My initial setup meeting with BirdEye went fine. The agent was very helpful and walk me through setting up one of my four locations. She said she would use the info from my first location to set up the other locations within a couple days. Now a week has passed and I'm finding all sorts of errors.
