I was given incorrect information by my doctor then two separate Lab Corp locations. This resulted in me driving to RAD with just a few minutes left in the hour window of my collected sample. I called in while driving and Lauren was able to get everything scheduled quickly and get my testing done just in time! After a rough morning RAD really stepped up to help me out.

The experience was great but the SMS service is still not working for us even after about a week of having it online. It seems to send after hours but the Green button to send an sms is still not working for Australian numbers

Birdeye really disappointed our company - and lied! I'm livid about their service. When signing up for their service, we wanted to use an agency level account, and we were told we'd be able to transfer our client's account under our account. This was promised to us with complete certainty. 4 months later, we realized they never actually transferred the client to our account. I’ll never give Birdeye my business. Hard sales, I repeatedly told the sales guy no on phone calls, sales guy wouldn’t listen, forcing me to hang up on him while he was talking. Continues to email and call me. Reminds me of Yelp, yuck.
tried using the free trial. It would let me get started. made many attempts but no use. Not a good way for a business that is in the the business of business reviews monitoring.
Sub par customer service. Our account was mistakenly cancelled, once they reinstated it we had problems. We promised resolution on 3 different occasions by support, each time I would be called back the next day and told they could not provide the resolution they promised because I was working with someone who 'didn't know anything about the service they were talking about'. This company let anyone put a review on a business without checking the facts. Then is shows a honest company as a bad review. And then when you try to explain , what your company is and the type of merchandise sell. . They want to give you a run around. This company should check the facts out before letting anyone put a bad review on them
