I wonder if this review will ever make it on the site. It is a one star review because I've received 6 emails from birdeye, with false info about how I have only review on the internet, I should be worried about my competitors, and basically trying to scare me about the vulnerability of my business. I have 5 star reviews on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Yahoo, Facebook, etc. There are 14 reviews on Google alone. BirdEye is another lying, irresponsible company soliciting business by writing that "Sarah" has discovered there's something wrong with your public image, you only have one review...there is no "Sarah", and I have reviews on Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Google, Yahoo, you name it. This is so irresponsible to waste peoples' time and lie about their business.

My initial setup meeting with BirdEye went fine. The agent was very helpful and walk me through setting up one of my four locations. She said she would use the info from my first location to set up the other locations within a couple days. Now a week has passed and I'm finding all sorts of errors. I've called customer support twice. Both calls were very difficult for a number of reasons. First of all, Birdeye's phone system was feeding my voice back to me. Horrible- total scam. The companies main objective is to get you to sign a 12 month contract you cant get out of. There is absolutely no support. No user manual. No Videos and I have only been able to get 1 hour of support in 4 months from HTML the firm I got scammed from. Run from this software. Cant wait until my contract expires.
I like the service for the most part. It was challenging at first to get started. We are glad we are using it. David Fine is one of the best parts of the service! He is quick to respond and is extremely helpful! Ask to work with him!
We had a false review posted by a person claiming he or she had worked performed on their motor car by our company, after watching a YouTube Video. Heather Tommasi of Bird Eye Checked the review found out it was incorrect and they indeed did not have the motor car worked on here; the review was removed. Thanks!
