We had a false review posted by a person claiming he or she had worked performed on their motor car by our company, after watching a YouTube Video. Heather Tommasi of Bird Eye Checked the review found out it was incorrect and they indeed did not have the motor car worked on here; the review was removed. Thanks! more »

Jay Soneff was so incredibly helpful! I called BirdEye on a Saturday expecting to get a recording and leave a message. Jay actually picked up and was in front of a computer to walk me through the BirdEye process, to help me grow my business reviews. He spent an hour on the phone with me (on a weekend) to go over how awesome this company is! If you have a business/company and don't use this platform for your online reviews, you're missing out like crazy. I'll be referring all of my business associates to Jay at BirdEye. 5 stars all the way! Thanks Jay! more »

I thought hiring BirdEye would be a good idea to help us manage our online reviews and improve our web presence as we have a new business and can use all the exposure we can get. Until BirdEye got involved with my company, virtually every single review we received was five stars. People rave about our facility and the services we offer.
To their credit, as soon as BirdEye started their test campaign to entice me to sign up for their service, we began receiving more reviews. Unfortunately we also started receiving bad reviews from obscure reviewers we do not know, at least one of which cited completely incorrect information about our facility and was obviously falsified.
I wish I had never connected with BirdEye. We had fewer reviews before BirdEye, but they were all good reviews...

I get calls from several companies a day all promising everything but delivering nothing. Birdeye, promised to contact my clients and get me reviews. That is exactly what they did within 2 weeks I had 30+ new client reviews. The platform they provide to our clients is not intrusive and easy to use. Great for Collecting Reviews
Comments: I used BirdEye for a long time before switching vendors. While we had the system, there were not many updates made. We ultimately switched because we felt
the system was falling behind in technology and user feel. After we switched, a lot of updates were made and it seems to be a more updated system with up to date features. The micro sites look professional and up to date. Customer service was always top-notch. Head developers made themselves available at the drop of a dime to troubleshoot and answer questions. Overall good product with a great development team back it. more »

Their level of sending unsolicited spam is incredible. A relentless assault on our email server despite "unsubscribing" from their unsolicited emails. You can try to email "Sarah A Bennett" directly to ask her to stop emailing, but she won't be held back by such trivial constraints. If they can help your website as well as they don't pay attention to unsubscribe requests, I can only imagine the success you can achieve. Most likely a minimum 5000% increase. more »

Occasionally it disconnects from our ERP system.
