BirdEye Sales rep Sarah Bennett continually sends our private club unsolicited emails trying to promote her BirdEye services to our non-profit members-only yacht club. I have asked her on multiple occasions to stop, but the emails keep coming. This company is sending unwanted SPAM and I truly believe that their marketing tactics are unacceptable for a reputable company. Do no believe the reviews you see here as they are also most likely a SCAM. more »

I am rating Ms. Rosalind Wainer 5 stars. (I'd rate her 10 if it was possible.) Ms. Wainer's professional & patient demeanor, is only surpassed by her excellent knowledge, follow-up, and FOLLOW-THROUGH. She deserves a bonus, a promotion, or should be considered to provide peer training. I can't say enough good things about her. (I am sorry to say, prior to speaking to Rosalind, I was questioning my investment in BirdEye's services based on the averagely disappointing experiences I had with prior BirdEye customer reps.)Nonetheless, I trust there are other's just as dedicated and helpful as Rosalind within your org. For me, I am ever so grateful, that I had the good fortune of connecting with Rosalind. She's been more than helpful. Thank you, thank you , thank you, Rosalind!!!!!!!! What do you like best?
The product support and consistent product innovations from BirdEye are exceptional! Having worked with several members of t
he team in managing our Enterprise account, I can say that BirdEye provides a personal touch in their customer service. My vocal suggestions and requests have been met with high responsiveness and nearly immediate improvements. As a result, the BirdEye dashboard is now fully customized to our company's needs and my personal preferences. The level of support BirdEye provides for reporting, integrations, and solutions is impressive and constantly evolving.
What do you dislike?
Due to the many upgrades and changes to our sources, products, and the user interface, there were some glitches that had to be worked out for some time. Their team has been working hard to iron these out and now the user experience is exceptional. I can browse seamlessly through the various reporting tabs and gain deeper insights at their latest launch of the new Insights tab. The logic behind our product hierarchy and set up in BirdEye was well-executed thanks to the B.E. team.
Recommendations to others considering the product
#1 choice for large enterprise customers. Birdeye is customizable and designed for high level management of various locations or products. Monitor reviews, analyze performance and customer sentiment, increase and promote positive reviews. Simple and easy to use. Highly recommend this product and company.

Real-time listening to the voice of the customer, fast response times to positive and negative reviews online, internal reporting within our organization to drive product/process innovations. In the future: review solicitations at various company touch points, employee mobilization, and review integration on our websites, all with the help of the BirdEye tool and their top-notch customer support.

Too many steps for our clients. For some businesses I am sure this process works great but for us it just didn't. The only reason I wouldn't recommend birdeye is because of the staff. Working with the Birdeye staff was very frustrating. I left multiple messages, never got called back once. Called multiple times and no one answered. Talked to people who never completed their side of things. The only rep who was helpful was the last guy I talked to. It's a shame I don't remember his name because he is literally the only one who has been able to help me after a month long process of trying to get help. more »
