We have been BirdEye customers for quite some time. I am a believer in the review process for all businesses regardless of the platform. I am aware of certain pitfalls with false or misleading reviews, however an intelligent consumer will generally take the reviews overall as a whole and know that one or two reviews may not be accurate taken out of context.
