Albeit it took some time to resolve my issue, it was not left by the way side. Understandably the issue resolved around a third party - but to my welcome surprise BirdEye tech support stayed on it and came to me with a resolution. The tech support team is the most superior team I have dealt with at BirdEye and will keep me as a believer knowing they have may back! Thank you!
My most recent experience with Birdeye has two parts. 1) messaging through the chat to notify of the problem and then 2) Calling in because the problem hadn't been resolved. When I called in, the Birdeye rep was pleasant and helpful and prompt. 10/10. However, I had to call in because when I had messaged in a week earlier, nothing had been done. I had messaged a week earlier and was met with an auto message saying that chat wasn't available but that my message would be passed on. It doesn't appear that this system is working... read more

Excellent customer service, clear instructions, got everything I needed resolved. Hold time to get to a rep was a little long and there was a lot of background noise wherever the customer service rep was speaking from.
The customer service rep was nice and helpful, but when I try to post my review on my google+ it still states not integrated so the problem was not fixed.
The customer service person I spoke with was very helpful and courteous.
The help was a 10. I leave an 8 because I am surprised and disappointed your system doesnt allow me to add additional filter criteria when searching my contacts
