Initial conference call was missed by Birdeye rep - but issue was resolved within a few weeks. Email communication was good.
We had a lot of questions and felt like she was rushing a bit to get us off the phone. We got everything answered in the end.
The call background noise was very loud and distracted from the call.
My agent went above and beyond to help me. They called my on my phone to walk me through and also asked if I had anything else and I did but didn't have any information on it. He was able to walk be through finding an email then he checked, found the ticket number, gave me an update and give me a date I will hear back.
I was very impressed with Kyle, he really took his time and was extremely efficient showing me the whole process.
It was a great experience and made it very easy for me. Great job!
