It went good. The big deal cost is all that they charged me. They were good. I would recommend them. I would use them in the future.
Service was very quick. Technician noted an issue with the inducer, as it is noisy.
He helped to change the settings on the programmable thermostat to better meet our needs.
I bought their Big Deal; the offer was for a furnace or an A/C tune up. It went very well. He was on time, performed the service and actually gave me some additional suggestions too. He was very clean with his work and he did not get in and fist fights or anything; everything was fine.
This is the 2nd time I've used Black Lion's "Big Deal" for furnace cleaning. Scheduling the appointment was done via email, and I was contacted within 24 hours of purchasing the "Deal". Just like the first time, the associate arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Friendly and knowledgeable. We talked for a few minutes about any specific concerns I had; he remembered servicing the furnace last year. He ordered new filters to be shipped to me immediately (they're not standard). Definitely recommend Black Lion!
