It went really well, they were really thorough and they did some cleaning. It’s an older furnace; we’re looking at a furnace replacement in the near future. We would recommend them to friends and family.
Worker was on time. Did his work quickly. Answered all questions I had without trying to sell me anything. Seemed knowledgeable about the service.
On time, good quality, and good prices. I also had them come out and look at my furnace when we were having trouble with it firing. They helped me with a temporary solution until the part I needed arrived. I've been very happy with their service, the results, and I would recommend them.
In and out within 4 hours. Salesman explained all the options clearly. Only complaint is that I don't like the new thermostat due to it's back lighting. I'm hoping to resolve this problem.
Jason with Black Lion Heating & A/C in Kirkland came to my house on January 8, 2013. He was on time, very courteous, and efficient. He had to tune-up my furnace which is under my house and not in the best circumstances. I apologized for how yucky it was under there and he said not to worry, he'd probably seen worse. I have had other HVAC repair companies tell me in the past that they would charge extra for a crawlspace or attic area which is where I have both of my furnaces - he did not and I really appreciated that. They were done early with their previous job, so they called me to check if they could come earlier; which worked out great. They came and examined the furnaces that were having some condensation problem. Both guys were very professional. In 30 minutes or so, they were able to show me the problem areas. One furnace had to be shut down because it was unsafe to run.
