I have now been associated with Bluebird for over two years and have found the staff to be courteous and willing, giving caring support and comfort as required.
Generally very happy with the service. The only minor issue is timing as per schedule.
The carers from Bluebird are always kind and reliable. They are fully trained in their jobs but the care provided is professional and comes from the heart.
The carers are kind and helpful. I do not always receive my choice of food. The carers are usually cheerful and chatty which I like.
The service I receive is adequate for my need. The carers are always friendly and respectful. In this current crisis, they adopt all the necessary precautions.
All my carers are lovely. They are patient, kind and very caring. We have good chats and they listen to what I need. Very friendly all round.
When the care first started it was excellent - we were advised that carers were salaried and therefore we would always have the same three carers except for holidays and sickness. This was perfect as my father had dementia and my mother had anxiety. The continuity was just what was required and both parents developed relationships with the carers.
