We are very happy with the ladies who come in each evening to help Mum with her personal care. They are all kind and efficient and really care for Mum. On a couple of occasions, they have arrived early but normally they arrive within 10 minutes of their start time and have never missed a visit. I’m contacted regularly by email from the office to check that everything is ok or to ask me for more toiletries etc. Their daily visits really have given me back my evenings with my family.

With my father having had an operation and these strange lockdown Covid-19 times, it has been so useful to have Bluebird Care North Hampshire & West Berkshire available to check in on him after his return home from the hospital. We live one and a half hours away and were unable to provide the care required for such a prolonged post-op period. It has been an extremely stressful and anxious time with all the restrictions due to Covid and not being able to visit and support my parents. My father has also been recovering from a hospital appointment which has been difficult. Thank you very much to the Bluebird office and caring staff for all their help which has been invaluable.

The rare visits that my aunt receives have been very good to date and it is reassuring for me to know she is having regular visits.

Bluebird carers have exceeded our expectations. They are without exception, reliable, warm, kind and caring. They are also at pains to sort out any issues or problems as quickly as possible.
I need support for my shower and encouragement to exercise, both of these things help; are important to my wellbeing as a person who lives alone.
