Not sure of exact date. Outcome of the review was good as there were many issues to be resolved. Times of care were changed to enable the client to have food before going to bed. Sometimes my sister doesn’t understand staff as they are from different countries. With time this has improved as she has become accustomed to them. We are all happy with the care provided as it’s constant and we’re never let down.

Carers and management in my opinion are the best around by far. Very caring and very professional. The care company is definitely the best in my area. Would highly recommend them. Management has been wonderful and always supportive when you need them at the end of the phone.

Overall, Bluebird Care offer one of the better services in the care industry. The carers are excellent, hard-working and diligent. They are always professional and offer support where it is needed. They are always polite and respectful. The office staff do their best to meet any requests and in general, keep us informed of any last-minute changes in care provision.

My father is in his early 90s and has terminal cancer which has severely restricted his ability to get out and compromised his day-to-day life. He relies very heavily on his carer to prepare meals, deal with his medication and his general movement around the house. The Bluebird Care carer, who is live-in, has been nothing less than excellent and supported my father at all times. He is monitored daily and his notes are available online for me to check. I would recommend Bluebird Care.

First-class service. The carers are really good with my mum and treat her with respect and kindness. It’s hard accepting strangers coming into your home but my mum has adapted well because she has been well looked after.

I have found Bluebird Care excellent. They are patient with Mother and always report back to me regarding any concerns. Initially, Mother did not want carers but as I am disabled, awaiting major surgery which puts me unable to help, everything will be left for my sister who works full-time and struggles having to visit every day. Reliable team of carers, mostly on time. They have learnt the ropes quite quickly. Pleasant and efficient staff. Much less absence and changing of care calls. Occasional issues with invoices were resolved. A big issue with increasing fees though, they keep going up and up, to the point of cancelling all bank holiday calls. I'm told most of the increases go to the carers, which is good, but nonetheless, 10% increases every year for three years do add up!

We do understand that increasing fees are a concern, however, as you point out our charge rate increases have almost exclusively been invested in recruitment and retention, specifically in pay and benefits so that we can provide the more consistent service you refer to with less absence and changing of calls. We are glad this is having a positive effect.
Care provided is of excellent standards; they have dignity and respect, good rapport, maintain continuity, and implement independence as far as possible to enable the person to be independent themselves. When you need to contact the company, they have clear communication, are professional, have a good understanding, and are very supportive. Would recommend Bluebird Care.
