The service received has been first class. When my mother-in-law was badly let down by a previous agency I contacted Bluebird Care. They have been excellent over the past months in providing care and assistance.

Needing relief cover for my elderly aunt while her regular carer was on holiday, we turned to Bluebird Care for help and were not disappointed. A very professional team to work with, both from my point of view - through phone calls and emails - in arranging the care, and from my aunt’s point of view as she was delighted with the carers who attended her. I will certainly be using Bluebird Care again when circumstances dictate.

The care that Mum received on her dementia journey from the Bluebird team has been superb. Realistically it has allowed Mum to be happy and content in her own home and surroundings for a much longer period of time than could have been hoped for. All the carers but one genuinely cared for Mum and it was humbling to see Mum's face light up when carers were arriving for a visit and during. Having been recommended this agency by a friend who is a district nurse, I cannot fault the care, compassion and empathy shown to my mum prior to the COVID outbreak and afterwards. The reliability of Bluebird Care has been amazing as has the support they have shown my mum in helping her through a very difficult time.

Bluebird has always been helpful when arranging care for my mother. The carers are diligent and friendly. Despite recent restrictions due to Covid 19, they continued to carry out their duties in a relaxed and friendly way whilst wearing appropriate PPE. We haven't had any problems and have been using them now for a year.

We found the Bluebird team to have shown exceptional kindness and professionalism over a very difficult period and couldn't have asked for better care for our aunt. Bluebird stepped in to care for our mum in September 2018, after she had had a bad experience with another care company, who had been coming to her for six months. Bluebird was like a breath of fresh air, we hadn't realised that care could be so good. Bluebird have been excellent. Mum looks forwards to the visits from the “ladies” many of whom have gone above and beyond what could have been expected of them. Communication with Bluebird has also been great, with any queries we raise receiving a timely and thoughtful response. Bluebird has also been proactive in contact us if they felt there was something we needed to know about in terms of mum’s wellbeing.
Bluebird Care is more than just a care agency for my mum. The team does the everyday things without a rush and always with a laugh and a smile meaning my mum gets the valuable care she needs buts just as importantly has people in her house that she really enjoys being with and looks forward to seeing.
