When the need arose for home care support for my husband, and not knowing where to begin choosing a provider, a friend's recommendation was very welcome. Their appraisal was borne out as we have found the Bluebird team to be very friendly, supportive, patient and caring, adapting when necessary to changing needs. The service provided by the carers has been greatly appreciated throughout, our many thanks to all concerned.

Bluebird has provided good care for my sister and throughout the pandemic, they managed to maintain all their scheduled visits. Knowing that they kept to their plans provided assurance for the rest of the family. One of Bluebird's key strengths is they listen to clients needs and if there are any issues they are quick to address them.

I had used Bluebird Care before for my father's care and recommended them to my godmother. Your staff were always reliable, cheerful and positive. Some members of staff went well beyond their strict remit by spending extra time when needed, responding really well and calmly in any crisis and always seeking to accommodate their clients needs. They seemed more like friends calling in than paid carers. I would certainly recommend Bluebirds to friends and family.

Excellent care provider from carers to office staff. Carers are very kind, understanding and patient. One of the most important things for a family is to have confidence in the care being provided for a loved one and we have that with Bluebird Care Lancaster & South Lakeland. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I cannot find anything bad to comment on. Carers are kind and pleasant, it's nice to have a chat with them while they're doing their job. Always helpful.

Bluebird Care is a company dedicated to providing the best care possible to their clients. They keep in contact with family if any concerns arise, and work with the family to sort things out. They have a team of friendly staff who are very experienced. They show kindness towards clients and treat them with respect. Excellent service. Staff are on time and very friendly. I am given help with housework and a shower. The carers are very helpful and patient. I am delighted with the service.

I was so worried when the Coronavirus started but need not have been, carers all had masks and gloves, aprons etc; all the usual PPE equipment. They have all been understanding, and have even brought me some shopping when I have needed some. They let me know what time they are coming then I don't have to get up too early. I know my husband is in very capable hands, so I can nip out to take our little dog for her walk. She sits in the window and watches for there cars coming up the drive.
