We first approached Bluebird Care because we urgently needed 24-hour care following the death of my husband. Bluebird had organised this in a professional manner in about a fortnight. My main carer is highly competent and kind, and I have every confidence in her. I have MND with complex needs, and nothing seems to faze her.

My Aunt aged 92 lives in supported/sheltered accommodation and was a regular weekly Bluebird user for personal and domiciliary care. She has been very poorly (including being Covid19 positive) and couldn't eat. Bluebird Care and their carers' have been wonderfully responsive to her situation and have responded to her need for additional care and support. Bluebird organised both domiciliary care and live-in care for my mother. Both services were excellent and the transition to live-in care was smooth and managed very well. All carers loved their job and gave their very best. Carers are well supported by the Bluebird admin team which is very important when looking after vulnerable adults. A great service - thank you.

We received excellent service for my mum provided by this company. The care staff were so kind, caring and compassionate. Mum was always treated with dignity. The communication from the management team was very good. Many of the staff and managers became like family. I feel very fortunate to have been paired with Bluebird they enabled me to take care of my mum in her own home for the last 14 months of her life.

My Mum's previous carers were neglecting my Mum, and Bluebird was recommended and took over at very short notice in February 2020. They were professional from the start up until yesterday when it was the time for Mum to be admitted to a Care Home. Living in Surrey, Bluebird gave me peace of mind, and also came up with ideas on how to make Mum's and my life easier. There were stand-out carers in the team, but overall the service was excellent.

I would just like to thank Bluebird for the support that they gave enabling my elderly father to stay in his home as long as possible. Unfortunately, he has now had to move into residential care. We first engaged Bluebird Carers just under one year ago. From the start, we were very impressed by all of the staff. From setting up the first care plan, hours they were required and the many changes, cancellations, additions that we needed to make as we went through the year, we were dealt with efficiently and with great understanding. We were overwhelmed by the way each and every carer went above and beyond to make mum feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. The carers always met mum with a smile and she loved that! We would also like to mention that as a family we felt that the whole Bluebirds team, whether it be office staff or carers, demonstrated great professionalism and were always supportive. This was something we were very grateful for at the time.
