Excellent service, marred only by two no shows.

Thank you for this feedback. We are so sorry for the early no-shows. This was a most rare occurence for us, but it led to a review of our internal communications to reduce risk of such a thing in the future. It is important to learn in order to improve.
Without Bluebird Care, February would have been almost impossible, an accident at home left me with a host of hospital, doctors, physiotherapist appointments, the very last thing I needed, as a full time carer. My wife requires round the clock help. Bluebird Care were there for me, always with a smile, having to rearrange there appointments to fit in with my ever changing plans. Thank you all.

I have used Bluebird Care for both a live-in respite care package and afternoons of personal care. My husband suffers from anxiety and poor memory, but the provision of the same carers has reduced stress for both of us and provided a first-class level of care.

I put in Bluebird Care Package for my mum a year ago, and both myself and my mum are really happy with the care provided. My mum has onset dementia but mainly suffers with severe anxiety and panic attacks so it is really important that my mum sees the same regular carers all the time, which Bluebird provide. Bluebird give me peace of mind and provide a wonderful service.

We pride ourselves on our skills in dementia care (and the anxiety issues that so frequently accompany), developing our learning and understanding and building on our experiences.
Bluebird Care have been very professional and caring in their approach to my mother in law. The initial assessment was thorough and illustrated that the company understood all the complexities of caring for elderly people in their own homes. They have been very flexible at short notice. I was also impressed by the medical knowledge and observation of the individual who has been involved in the set up of the care plan.

Excellent communication with management/fast response. Timing of carer visits as per schedule. Cares are compassionate, very friendly, trustworthy. Time permitting, will offer to carry out small extra jobs. Will make time for conversation where possible. Food preparation/presentation very good.

Bluebird Care has been a great help to my mum, assisting her with basic daily tasks, since they started visiting. The carers have taken the stress out of worrying if Mum is coping by regular daily visits at a time to suit her.

Bluebird Care supplied me with the most professional care I could have hoped for. All the carers arrived on time and were very friendly, and caring and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, I would recommend Bluebird Care to any person interested in care at home.
