From the moment I contacted Bluebird, I have felt total confidence in the company's ability to cater for my mother's needs. From the initial meeting and throughout her care, they have adapted to her requirements, with sensitivity and professionalism. It was difficult at first for my mother to accept help, but because all the carers have been so lovely, she has grown to look forward to their visit. The ability to see notes made by the carers on their app is terrific and means I am kept updated on issues.

Since we have been using Bluebird for my Mum everything has been brilliant. We have three visits per week for personal care etc. Mum gets on with our regular lady carers and it is lovely for them to interact with us as a family unit too as we are here 24/7. I get a weekly schedule for who is coming and timing which is always near to the time we requested. Would highly recommend using them.

The team at Bluebird are always friendly and helpful and work to keep my Dad as independent as possible. They were able to put in a temporary care package in place at short notice following an unplanned operation. It is good to know that the team at Bluebird are there for us when things get a little more challenging.

Mum is early stages of dementia and since having daily 1hr visits from bluebird carers she has been in much better spirits and she is coping with living independently with much more confidence. Before mum had carers visiting she couldn't really cope when I went on holiday. She had care visits twice a day while I was recently on holiday and she hardly noticed that I wasn't there

Bluebird care have been amazing with my Parents. Both my parents have very different care needs which can be quite challenging. They have really taken time to understand them and have tailored the care around their needs, constantly checking to ensure everything is working well and happy to make adaptions as the care needs change. Bluebird care have been excellent- my dad is very happy with the service and the carers give me and my family piece of mind that a friendly and professional team are helping him get up and get to bed each day. The carers truly care about what they do and regularly go above and beyond to make sure my dad is well looked after.
