Bluebird have been a great help in looking after both my mother and father. Any issue is dealt with straight away. The care and dignity was perfect, all the carers are lovely. Since my father has died, the carers gave Mum that extra support she needed by taking her out or just sitting with her and having a chat. Overall, very pleased with the service.

Carers have been considerate and respectful towards the client and his family. Care is delivered professionally and in a caring manner. Carers are patient and respond flexibly to changes in the care plan. Concerns are dealt with promptly and efficiently when these are flagged by carers and family alike. We're glad we chose Bluebird.

Very good service - thoroughly well-trained and effective team members - friendly but thoroughly professional - administration team effective. Fees are high but you do get a good standard of care. The treatment of my dad by the team are done with patience, dignity, care and professionalism.

Overall, very happy with overall care. Timings at weekend are sometimes an issue. The staff are very caring and supportive one, in particular, is extremely caring and is very good at seeing to all aspects of care.

The carers are excellent, good quality of responsive care and good attention to detail from all carers. Reliable with timely notification on the few occasions when the carer was going to be delayed by the company.
