My mother has now been with BBC for several years. The level of service is excellent with my mother having built up a strong and beneficial set of relationships with all the carers that visit her 3 times a day. BBC not only delivers the highest level of care to my mother but always keep me informed with any concerns they may have concerning her welfare. Bluebird carers started visiting 2 weeks ago. We've probably had about 8-10 different carers from them and they've all been brilliant - very professional and caring. They're happy to help with anything in the house if they have extra time from their personal care duties. I would recommend to anyone who needs care and can afford it because it's not cheap. But we think it's good value for money in this personally difficult time for us.

I find the staff very efficient and pleasant and helpful. They always ask if there is anything else they can do and are very caring and respectful. They are smartly dressed in uniforms and used the appropriate PPE.

I am extremely grateful to Bluebird Care and the whole team for the care + support they provide on a daily basis for my aunt. The live-in carers especially work together as a good team + have helped my aunt + the family get through a number of difficulties in recent months. It has been hugely reassuring to be able to talk about my aunt's care on a regular basis, especially since I live a great distance away. Thank you so much for everything you have done + continue to do.

We have used Bluebird South Ham's to support my Mum both through daytime visits and eventually live in care. Communication with the management has been easy and quick, excellent support in both situations. Mums live in carer especially was excellent- calm, professional and proactive. Mum felt safe and heard, through a very difficult period in all our lives. I recommend Bluebird to anyone who may be in need.

Bluebird Care continues to provide a highly professional, sensitive and competent service that meets our 97 year old mother's complex and changing needs. 24/7 Carers are dedicated and cheerful in their demeanour as are our mother's Respite carers.
