I am well pleased with the service provided by Bluebird. Some carers are better than others but the general view is that the carers produce excellent service, always with a smile on their face. They help me considerably to get through the day. One reason is that they bring me newspapers early in the day. (It seems newsagents and other retail outlets do not deliver anymore). Our experience with Bluebird Care is very excellent, no trouble at all. The carers are so nice, on time and cheerful, which my husband needs. Nothing is too much trouble and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Having been a client for over twelve months, I have been pleased with the standard of the staff who have attended to me. I must also mention the office who have solved any problems that I have encountered. The staff that have attended to me have always been polite, caring and willing to make life easier. They have also been smart, clean and well turned out, a credit to the Bluebird organisation.

I wanted to write this to share our incredible experience with Bluebird Care. My dear mum was terminally ill and living with us and Bluebird came in during her final weeks to help with her care which enabled me to get back to work and support the rest of my family. Reliable, punctual and helpful. The Bluebird carers will assist me in any way. I will always use Bluebird Care.
Bluebird is very good at what they do and supply/service. They are always on time, and if they are held up, they ring a let you know. They respect my father's dignity and make him feel safe. He has last stages of dementia, but they all still talk to him and encourage. I can't fault them and would recommend them to anybody looking for care.
