I have had only perfect experience of staff for Bluebird Care and all have been friendly, courteous and caring and all to be complimented.

Have moved to live in care to enable my mother to remain in her home as she wishes in safety. Intermittent visits had stopped working for her. It's ok. The cover carer after the first rotation was exceptional - but sadly not available for more than temporary cover. Expensive, but necessary.

We are happy with the service Bluebird provides. The carers are patient and friendly and have developed a caring relationship with mum. We especially like the continuity of service, so mum doesn't have to keep getting used to new people.

Finding the service very helpful, knowing that he will see somebody every day is very reassuring for his family. He seems very happy with all his carers and we have noticed he brightens up when they arrive. We are very happy with everything so far.
