The care staff have always been friendly, courteous, with attention to communication, listening to the client and explaining to her what is happening and soliciting her opinion. The care manager has overseen things well, being responsive, rapid and efficient, communicating with us and with other healthcare professionals directly to get the appropriate interventions when needed. Safety and rules are taken seriously and any hiccups quickly ironed out.
Bluebird Support is invaluable to my father and to the wider family. He has someone to help him navigate day-to day life and help do the routine things he might struggle with or forget! The family as peace of mind that he is assisted to continue to live in his own home and do the things he wants to do without worrying about him struggling with his mobility or memory. We are all very happy that we engaged Bluebird Care.

Generally responsive to my mothers needs. The staff polite & friendly. Information around rota's not always timely - so unsure of arrival times.

My carer is very good & helpful
The carers who come to help my mum are always kind and efficient. They are patient and respectful and nothing is too much trouble, I would have no hesitation to recommend them
I have been thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Bluebird Care, from day one, the entire team has been exceptionally proffesional, proactive and polite.
