Trust, trusting, trustworthy... Bluebird (Twickenham) have, via their wonderful carers allowed us to have trust in them, be trusting of their abilities and know that, they are all trustworthy. Now that should be enough but, Maria, Jisna, Lourdina, Joyce, Dinushi, Ramona, Kanan, Naz, Kate, Kamala, Nana, Tunde, Sheela, Chizoba, Soumya and Shimrandeep (and probably a few others I can't recall) have all been so caring and kind to my Mum and have enabled us to keep Mum at home for which I will always be so grateful. Bluebird have been coming over the last 6 months to help my husband who is increasingly disabled. They are so well trained and pleasant to have coming here - not only do they do everything to help my husband but when there's time they do some ironing to help me as well. Thank you Bluebirds.

My mother has been receiving three 3 daily visits from the dedicated Bluebird Team since having a stroke last year, enabling her to stay in her own home and receiving help with both practical and care needs. Her main carer has been absolutely marvellous in all aspects of her care. Recently she had a further bleed and after a week in hospital returned home quite weak. Bluebird have done a brilliant job carring for my elderly mother after she became very ill with shingles. She was bedridden for 2 months and had a live in carer, looking after her day and night. This level of care was essential as she was unable to do anything for herself and it also allowed her to stay in her own home whilst she recovered. The care give was of an exceptional level and highly professional standards.

The carers who looked after me for two weeks were well qualified and experienced. They were friendly, efficient, sensitive to requirements and always punctual. The back-up admin and supervision were also good.
