Bluebird Care Cardiff South provided palliative care for my brother and can be best described as being excellent in providing this. The care provided was competent, compassionate, dignified and professional always. The care provided was not just to my brother but extended to the supporting family also. This quality of care helped my brother and the family immeasurably, managing a most challenging time.

We are so pleased with the care and help we get from Bluebird Care Cardiff South & The Vale of Glamorga. We have never had a problem and all staff are caring and professional. They look after me well and have a good report with me.

Bluebird Care are reliable and caring. The team have a practical way of caring for the elderly. They have shown me so much empathy at the times I have needed them most. My mother has learnt to trust them over the past few months especially her core worker which has helped me immensely. Thank you.

I was extremely grateful for the respite care. The carer looked after my partner very well despite the place being untidy when I returned, but that was no problem. He was well fed and kept very clean. I would definitely recommend Bluebird Care. I can't thank you enough for my 4 days away.
We were very happy with the care given to dad during the week. The daily reports were much appreciated too. Being able to remain at home was of great benefit to dad and gave us peace of mind to know that he was safe day and night. Thank you.

As a whole, we have enjoyed having Bluebird staff came over to take care of my father. Two of them in particular have been outstanding in caring for my dad and supporting my mum (main carer).

I had no direct contact with the organisation of the care. I really appreciated the daily updates we received from the carer. These updates were very reassuring as they showed she got to know dad and the type of care needed. I would definitely be happy to use Bluebird care company again.

Absolutely fantastic. My sisters and I have looked after our dad who has dementia for a 14 month period without a break. Bluebird looked after our dad for a whole week, night and day. We were very anxious about putting his care in the hands of someone else but we need not have worried. We had the break we needed comfortable in the knowledge that dad was safe. The care and support dad had was excellent and the communications between Bluebird and ourselves were superb.
