All the carers who have looked after my husband have been very kind, friendly and thoughtful. We appreciate the efficiency, support and reliability of the service which gives peace of mind knowing that he is being so well looked after especially as he is rather wobbly. Very many thanks.

The Bluebird carers have been excellent in caring for my Mum for the last 6 months. The service is seamless from the office and management staff to the actual Carers who visit Mum at home. Everyone is very helpful, understanding and caring - nothing is too much trouble. If I need to query anything it is very easy to get hold of someone via telephone or email. I'd like to say a BIG thank you to you all. I would highly recommend Bluebird carers!

Bluebird is wonderful, they put together my care package. Service is warm and understanding in what are often painful times. Very astute in choosing daytime respite care, matching is well considered sending a lovely lady who is a very capable and kind. I feel very reassured while I am away in the hands of Bluebird care who follow up carefully and fully. I would give a hundred stars if I could. Thank you very very much

I have been using Bluebird Carers for over two year now. I have found the administration team to be very efficient and helpful and very good in choosing the right carers for me. The carers themselves have been unfailingly warm, kind and efficient and have contributed greatly to the well being of myself and my wife.

The Bluebird carers have been excellent in coping with my elderly sister, who after illness has developed challenging behaviour at times. She has been treated kindly, with respect and all tasks we have asked them to do have been done reliably. If I have had a query or been worried about my sister's behaviour, the care manager has always given me time on the phone and reacted to the situation straight away often ringing me back to tell me a problem has been sorted. Thanks to Bluebird Care for the service provided in caring for a relative. From the initial contact with the office, who was empathetic, friendly and understanding, through to the 2 carers who were kind, caring and helpful, I have nothing but heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all they did and continue to do. My relative was extremely happy. I would highly recommend this agency

The service as always been frist class from Respite to now private we as a family are all happy the staff are all so helpful which makes our lives a lot easier so thank you bluebird care and keep up the great work

My very disabled brother was admitted as an emergency to hospital on a Sunday afternoon. I called Bluebird Care on the Sunday and it was a very stressful time for me. They called me straight back, and arranged carers immediately to sit with my brother 24/7 so that he could receive the care he required on a very busy NHS ward. He made a full recovery but was in hospital for 17 days. Knowing that we were supported as a family by Bluebird Care provided us with great reassurance during a terribly difficult period of time. Bluebird carers have looked after my 90+ year old father for the past 4 years and ended this August when failing eye sight meant he could no longer stay at home. Emma, the Customer Service Manager, has been very supportive during this very difficult period, the office team have been brilliant, adjusting the carers' visiting rota to fit in with his numerous hospital appointments and adjusting the billing correctly.
