Traveling from Texas to Las Vegas and brake, pads, and rotors had to be replaced..was scheduled in the morning and back on the road by noon..excellent workmanship and Mark provided excellent assistance..

This was my second time coming to Chapman BMW to have my BMW serviced. Mike has been my service consultant for both appointments and I have been very happy with the customer service , his managing my time as I come down from Flagstaff and the overall experience for each appointment . Excellent service department that has exceeded my expectations for a dealership regardless of the brand. I recently moved to the area and was apprehensive using a new dealership where I hadn't purchased my vehicle. I have had several issues but all were resolved quickly and with concern and professionalism.
