They fixed it and had a great loaner!! Vince Adams is the best always explains everything so I can understand it and he's timely.
We have been lucky enough to find a great service advisor in Vince Adams! What a great experience working with him on our BMW! He was very helpful getting me rebates when I didn't even know I had them.. Thanks Vince! I have to say I have been a bit spoiled as my sister was my service advisor for several years when I owned another make of car... so I'm hard to please.
My first visit to this dealership since moving to the East Valley. Jacob was my advisor and he was amazing. Got me in and out quickly as well as loaned me 4 series to use. Jacob was personable and genuine. Oddly, I am actually looking forward to having service again. The shop was clean and they have an extremely comfortable lounge.
Had an issue with air conditioning. After explaining all options, service and follow up was excellent! David Pence extremely professional and willing to serve. Very acoomodating.
Service adviser Matt Konachek went above and beyond, on my service visit Thursday. I had an appointment to install two tires but Matt also took the initiative to check all the fluids, replenish and change fluids, correct battery function, check air in existing tires, and wash and vacuum the vehicle.
I bought a CPO 2016 X1 earlier this year and I am very happy with it. I worked with JJ Garcia and had a great experience. JJ is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and fun to work with. The whole process was easy and I got in and out pretty fast. I recommend this dealer and this Sales Associate.
After going to several dealers I was please with BMW Chapman. They were very courteous and friendly. They gave me the highest trade in value and worked on the car I was buying. The financing staff was good and did a good job explaining everything Very low pressure sale. . The young man explaining all the functions was excellent as well.
I had an excellent experience with the dealer. I would definitely recommend Chapman BMW Chandler. The car I wanted was in Colorado and they quickly obtained the car from the Colorado dealer. It was shipped here and received within days.
