Very convenient location for me based on where I live an work. There was some confusion and it took a little bit more time to resolve the issue I brought my car in for, but everyone was very accommodating and helpful. My service consultant, Kris Mason, is a super nice guy. He updated me when needed and, as I mentioned, very accommodating and helpful.

My wife and I just purchased a BMW X5. I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience that I've ever had and I've purchased many cars. The folks at Chapman were all a pleasure to work with and I'd definitely recommend Marvin White to anyone looking to buy a new BMW.

On Friday, October 6, 2017, we bought our 5th or 6th car from Chapman BMW in Chandler. The process was simple. We found the car that we were interested in on the Chapman website, called Karl Muik at the dealership to verify that the car was available and would be at the Chandler location on Friday. The next day we drove down to see and test drive the car. Tony Disalvo is the best! I called late in the afternoon after a light on my dash came on saying I needed to go to the dealership for service and he scheduled me for 8:00 a.m. the next day. We were leaving for California in two days - he did not want us to have any issues on the road. Tony is attentive, courteous and so friendly. Chapman Chandler BMW is the best!!

As always, when I needed service I called Kris Mason who has been both efficient and effective. He got me in right away, got me back on the road with a loaner. Called and explained problem and got it fixed the same day and I'm back to normal. Kudos to Kris.

Required work completed quickly - They do work only as required and are cost effective. They are considerate for my needs in terms of day and time I want the work done.

Having bought many cars over the years, I have yet to find a more intelligent, competent salesperson than Bruce Kotlicky. His ability to relate to me as a customer was amazing...he seemed to really get me as a person and that made the transaction so smooth. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking to buy a car... you will not be disappointed.
